Located in Clementi Central near Clementi Market, E. L. Chin Family Clinic and Surgery Pte. Ltd. is a full service Family Medicine establishment run by Dr. Conrad Chin, MBBS, GDFM.
Dr. Chin started practising in Clementi in 1996, when he took over from Dr. Wan Fook Kee in Wan Clinic. At the end of 2000, Wan Clinic was incorporated and renamed E.L. Chin Family Clinic and Surgery Pte. Ltd. In 2002, we relocated to our current premises.
We aim to manage the physical, mental and emotional well-being of our patients, in every stage of development and at every age, with emphasis on disease prevention and disease education and understanding.
Our Consultation Hours are:
On Mondays to Fridays:
9.00 am to 12.30 pm,
2.00 pm to 4.30 pm,
7.00 pm to 9.00 pm
On Saturdays and Public Holidays:
9.00 am to 12.30 pm
On Sundays:
9.00 am to 12.30 pm,
6.30 pm to 8.30 pm.
